Marble Polishing
Our marble polishing service restores surfaces to their original luster using progressive diamond abrasion techniques. Starting with coarse honing pads and finishing with polishing powders, we remove scratches and etching while preserving stone integrity. Clients benefit from enhanced aesthetics and increased surface longevity through our systematic approach.
Granite Cleaning
We employ pH-neutral solutions to safely clean granite surfaces without compromising their natural durability. Our process removes built-up residues from soaps and sealers while maintaining the stone's protective finish. Regular maintenance prevents long-term damage and preserves the material's aesthetic qualities.
Tile & Grout Repair
This service addresses cracked tiles, deteriorated grout, and installation issues using industry-approved materials. We replace damaged components and reinforce structural integrity to prevent future problems. Clients receive lasting solutions that restore both functionality and appearance of tiled surfaces.
Shower Leak Detection
Using specialized testing methods, we identify leak sources in custom tiled showers including failed weep holes and compromised waterproofing membranes. Our repairs follow manufacturer guidelines to ensure watertight systems that protect against structural damage while maintaining aesthetic quality.
Limestone Restoration
Our limestone specialists address etching and staining through controlled honing and polishing processes. We apply protective treatments tailored to this porous material's needs, effectively reversing damage while enhancing natural patterns and ensuring long-term surface protection.

I can't say enough good things about the work recently performed at my home by Specialized Floor care! The recent work Willy performed in my bathroom to clean, re-grout and seal all shower stall tile as well as install a new tile floor and clean the entire tile bathroom was impeccable! Willy's attention to detail and professionalism is second to none. Right from the beginning I knew his job /skills/knowledge and cleanliness was over the top.
All services we performed on time and at a reasonable cost. Having no prior information on this company except seeing the Specialized Floor Care internet page I would rate this company a 10+ out of 10. If you are in need of this type of work. I highly recommend this Company.

Willy responded in a timely manner to my on-line search for help. He promptly came and assessed the issue, and scheduled a time to do the work. When the issue was larger than we realized (due to more extensive water damage behind my bathroom walls), Willy undertook the larger task and stayed with the project until it was completed, which we were so appreciative of! His work is excellent, he cleaned up afterwards - we will be returning customers!

Willy is a superstar. The previous homeowners repaired the shower but sold before ever testing it out. There was a leak from the shower into downstairs but I had no idea how to diagnose what the issue was. The plumbing company came out and suggested it was someone else who installed the base and they couldn't repair it. Willy spent the day trying every option to fix the leak before I would have had to turn it into a gut job and start tearing out walls and parts of the roof underneath.
He eventually found the issue and had it fixed that same day for what was an extremely reasonable price, especially when my other options would have run into thousands of dollars. I can't recommend him enough. Thank you Willy. You will be my first call the next time I have any issues that I need help with

The proprietor of this business, Willie, was a true pleasure to work with. He responded to my call within minutes and agreed to come out and review my shower leak that same day. An hour later he was at my door. He diagnosed my problem within 1/2 hour and scheduled a follow up visit the following week. The following week Willie showed up on time, and was done within an hour. He left the shower and bathroom spotless and didn't do much as leave a footprint in my home.
I've waited a few weeks to ensure his work held up and it has help up wonderfully. I could not be more pleased. I'm not one to look for a great price as I really want a great job. Willie showed up on time and performed great work at a very reasonable price. I recommend him highly.

We are sooo happy with the work Willy from Specialized Floorcare has done. He is professional, trustworthy, (leaving him to come and go when we were away) and meticulous. Called him to regrout our tile. Found out is was installed incorrectly and ended up having him put in a wood floor for the kitchen and two bedrooms. Also painted because we didn't have a painter available at the time. We had a bathroom remodeled and ended up with unforeseen problems which he was able to rectify.
We are now planning on having another bathroom reconstructed with a shower (he will be building), floor and closet. We would recommend Specialized Floor Care (Willy) to anyone who wants a first class job done right the first time. He is a TEN STAR! Shirley and Harvey Zides

Willy and his son re-grouted my tile shower in early June 2021 and did a beautiful job! Willy was professional and responsive from the start, giving me a comprehensive description of the project and a breakdown of the price before the job was scheduled. He worked quickly and skillfully, and he took the time to show us how to apply the sealant ourselves so that we can maintain the condition of the grout. He was always on time and extremely personable. I would highly recommend his services!

I finally decided to have our 42 inches Marble coffee table refinished, It must have been 60 years old and survived many children and grandchildren and their stains. Willy was very impressive with his knowledge of stones but equally impressive is his work ethic. He is outstanding! Willy gave me a quote based on a picture I sent to him. He arrived on time and prepared the area surrounding the table in such a way that after the work was done, there was not one spot on any of the furniture and walls, just a shining table top in the center.
The work was done two days ago from this writing and I know I will get used to this wonderfully finished table, but right now I have been peaking into the living room many times, admiring Willy's work.

We had Willy in to clean and polish the 36 year old marble floor in our foyer and bathroom. Needless to say, there were stains that we thought were there for good. Willy did an outstanding job restoring the glow - the floors are like a mirror! He was prompt, focused and thorough. He is definitely our "go to guy" for marble!

Willy cleaned the tile and grout in our custom shower and bathroom floor. He was careful and efficient, and everything came out wonderfully. He also cleaned and sealed the polished granite counters in our kitchen which were installed 15 years ago. He was able to buff out a spot that had become dull from 15 years of meal prep. It looks great again. It was great to work with him. He explained what he was going to do and answered many questions about how to properly care for the kitchen and bath after he left. We will definitely call him back when we need a tune-up.

"Our fiberglass shower enclosure was in great need of replacement, we contacted Willy from Specialized Floor Care Services of Taunton, MA to assess it and give us an estimate. Willy took a close look at the project and mentioned areas that needed extra attention. We proceeded with his proposal and hired him for the project. We are very pleased with his work and now we have a beautiful comfortable marble shower that we love.
During the demolition, he found some framing issues that he expertly corrected and while he was there, he also replaced our old vanity with a new and modern vanity with a granite vanity top. We will hire him again for future project and recommend his services to our friends and family. He is a true professional."
