Mat was AWESOME. He identified the problem within 20 minutes and explained to me in depth what it was, what caused it, and the different steps moving forward. It was my fridge that was broken, but they also do any kind of home appliance, even down to hot water heaters and garbage disposals! Any service call is only $20 and if you repair with them, they take the service fee off your repair as a credit. 100% will be calling Appliance 911 every time.

My refrigerator went out at the worst time. I was hosting a wedding and had the bride and 5 guests staying at my house. They made me a priority and saved the day and took away the stress ! So I would highly recommend them.

Absolutely the best experience Ive had with a service company between Carol in the office making it easy to Matt and Lex coming out on a Saturday with the part I need and talked to me about how to extend the life of the machine. I couldn't be happier will tell everyone I know!! Thanks again

My husband and I moved into our first home and decided to upgrade our fridge the first week we moved in. I bought a high end fridge for cheap online and when I got it home it wouldn't get cold. I called Appliance 911 and I am SO glad I did! They were up front with me from start to finish on pricing and what would need to be done. Justin, one of the owners, told me that the replacement part was going to cost more than what I paid for the fridge.

We decided to fix it and I'm glad we did! The part took awhile to come in due to inclement weather, but as soon as it came in, Justin came out that day to make the repair. Justin is fair with his pricing and will tell you his professional opinion. They have earned a customer for life!

Our ice maker went out in our Samsung French door and we had not idea who to call. I had two companies return my call and we chose Appliance911 to come out. They were quick to respond, on time and very courteous. They actually called and were prepared to come out early but it didn't work for us so they arranged their schedule to meet our needs. As it turned out, the repair was not going to be worth the money for our fridge. We were completely impressed with their knowledge of the appliance and professionalism. I am going to keep their number and use them in the future.

We were happy that they scheduled our appointment quickly to look at our dishwasher. Jeron was so helpful and had our dishwasher running great in a matter of minutes.

My wife Vickie & I discovered our refrigerator & freezer were not working on a Friday evening after business hours. I reached Appliance 911 after 8PM & had an appointment scheduled for 2PM the following day. We were very happy with the service we received from Justin. He arrived 15 minutes early, diagnosed & repaired the issue within 30 minutes.

i really appreciated the communication thru the day. Letting me know that they had not forgotten me. I totally lost both freezer and refrigerator overnight. They were able to get to me in the same day. The associate was upfront as to the cost and choices I had to make. It was great. I would definitely contact them again.

I have never used an appliance service before. Our daughters got us a very nice refrig. -- only problem ice and water on the door would not work. We had a few attempts from friends to solve our problem -- nothing worked.
Called Appliance 911 and they were very good at fitting me in. Justin came and quickly analyzed our problem. He was extremely thorough.

Thought it was a special part in the Samsung door that controlled the entire operation. It had to be ordered and would be slightly expensive. Just before ordering, Justin wanted to check one other thing -- which turned out to be the culprit!!! Fridge was fixed -- making ice and dispensing water like a champ. Their business card is now on my Fridge for easy reference.
