Good, Quick, friendly (this is a earlier review) 2-7-2022 - I am so thankful, again, to you and your company that got me over my water flood catastrophe at my home AND a Sunday, no less! Even though you do this regularly, it's a big deal for me, I knew when I discovered my problem this was a big "deal" and needed expert help which your company gave me, thank goodness. **UPDATE** Owner came out to pay us off to remove negative remove negative review. Admitted they did a poor job, and they did not do what the were supposed to do. So YES WE DID GET OUR MONEY BACK. But I stand by my negative review, people must know! You can't pay people off! The showed up on time, but when the carpet dried we vacuumed up a half of container of dirt and debris off the carpet. The carpet still smells like our animals which is the reason for the cleaning? Wouldn't that be the purpose of the cleaning? For the price I could of done the exact same thing for much cheaper!

Was so impressed with how helpful and responsive the employees are from Sierra who scheduled my appointment to the Hugo and his partner who came out and cleaned my carpets. They listened to what I wanted done and gave me the total due before they started. They did a great job and were quick and efficient! Will definitely use them again!
