Daniel was on time, super friendly, and performed an extraordinary service for my home. This was my first experience with this Pest Control Company and I have to say I am impressed with BUGCO! I won't have to do any searching for other assistance, I feel safe and more than satisfied with this company. He knocked down multiple wasps nests and spider webbing around the home. He sprayed both the inside and outside.
I can honestly say this man treated my home as if it were his own. He did not hesitate to get in the hard to reach areas either. He went in my attic, garage, and laid traps after finding rodent droppings. I am more than grateful to have had this service. I will be using BUGCO from here on out and I highly recommend to all my friends, family, and neighbors.

Had BugCo perform full treatment at my mother's house this morning. Exterminator Servando contacted us before showing up to let us know when he would be here, and showed up right when he said he would. He was quick but thorough and very professional. He was very informative as far as explaining and what to be looking for in the upcoming weeks. Very satisfied and would recommend.

Cornelius or CJ was fantastic. He really has an aptitude for customer service. He listened to me as I described my trouble spots in the house. He went above & beyond to understand why my bathroom was having so many visitors. He discovered the issue and did what he could as a member of the Bug-Co team and then took a picture to show me the structural issue that is causing the influx of bugs. He showed me some spots in the kitchen where I should have expansion foam to fill areas where bugs can enter cabinets. He was kind, professional, knowledgeable. My hope is that when I call for my next treatment - CJ is the one who is sent. Just an exceptional experience. Really made my day.
