Dentons Hardwood Flooring

We had an ice maker line leak on our refrigerator and it ruined our hardwood hickory floors. It was determined that Hickory would be nearly impossible to match so we decided to have all new floors installed. We got 3 quotes that were all pretty close but Dentons was the only one that responded in a timely manner, which is a big reason we chose them.

They were very helpful in selecting the right wood and stain that both my wife and I were happy with. The other big reason we went with Dentons is because the crews are all actually employed by Dentons, no subcontractors to deal with. Gary and his crew tore out the old flooring and installed the new Oak flooring. He was able to do some pretty cool tricks so we did not need shoe molding on the kitchen cabinets or caulking around the fireplace like the other 2 flooring contractors suggested.

Then Frankie Jr and crew came in and sanded, stained and cleared the floors with a UV clear that allowed us to move back in a lot more quickly. The floors look amazing and we could not be happier. Bobby Jo was our main contact and she was more than helpful with anything we needed. She always responded quickly and made sure the schedule stayed on track. Everyone at Dentons were very courteous and professional, would HIGHLY recommend to anyone wanting hardwood floors. 5 STARS!

We finally decided to refinish our hardwood floors and are thrilled with the level of respect, professionalism and knowledge each representative of this company exhibited. We chose the UV light cure method and were pleased that we were able to put our furniture back in place after a couple of hours! Our floors are beautiful and they finished the two rooms in only 2 days! We made the right choice to go with a local business, who actually cares about their product, customer care and satisfaction.

We found hardwood floors under the carpet of a small rancher we bought in the fall. Mike came out and helped us understand the special qualities of our old (built in the 60s) red oak floors, and laid out our options so that we could make the most informed decision. Scheduling was easy with Bobbi Jo, who was so patient with all of our questions and gently guided us when we were indecisive or unsure.

The team who came out to refinish our floors were so fast, thorough, and meticulous with their work. They smoothed out an area that had a previous laminate overlay, and masked major stains like it was all part of the wood grain - incredible! These refinished floors are now our favorite part of our house. You might find comparable prices with other companies, we got about 3 other quotes from local companies, but you won't find the quality and care that you get with Denton's. From start to finish it was a great experience, we'll be sure to go to them for other services like when we're ready to lay floors in other areas of the house.

A burst water pipe flooded into a hallway of hardwood flooring that connected to our family room, dining room and kitchen. Denton expertly replaced the damaged flooring with same high quality wood (the best), then sanded, stained and coated the entire floor. The job turned out beautifully. Denton came when they said they would and were clean and courteous throughout the project.

After the purchase of a new home we discovered spots and stains on our new engineered hardwood floor they we could not repair. We searched desperately for a company to repair and fix this problem. Had Denton's demo existing tile, tie in and continue our hardwood floors and sand/refinish existing hardwoods. They did a great job throughout the entire process. Highly recommend the UV finishing option. We only had to be away from the house for one night which was a big plus.
