Orange County Pool & Spa Our staff will always take pride in our work from start to finish. When I started in the pool service business there was no contractors license required to clean pools or repair pools. We are fully bonded, insured and use licensed service technicians for jobs requiring licensing, we continue to maintain an A- rating with the Better Business Bureau.

OCPS does not use any undocumented laborers and perform full background checks on all of our staff and provide only trained professional people, workmanship, and use only top quality parts and chemicals on all projects.
Services
Inspection
Report
Buying or selling a home with a swimming pool or spa? Give us a call! We can inspect the overall condition of your pool or spa along with the functionality and condition of remaining life-span of the equipment and email you our findings, recommendations and estimated repair costs.
Mastic Replacement
Report
Deck-o-seal mastic is one of the most important preventative maintenance repairs you should make as soon as the old deck o seal mastic begins to tear and separate. Failure to replace deck o seal mastic promptly leaves rain run off water and water from excess splashing to seep beneath the pool deck. There is no drainage system underneath your pool or decking.
Cleaning
Report
How frequently your filter needs to be torn down, inspected, and cleaned is dependent upon several factors. the size of your pool, size of your pool filter, the type of pool filter you have, bather and contaminant loads. Most manufactures recommend a minimum of twice a year complete filter tear down and cleaning. We can come out one time, once a year, or every six months as needed.
