Zimmermann Air Conditioning and Heating was established in 1989 by Larry and Pati Zimmermann with big dreams and a few dollars. Larry came from a hard-working background, raised on a farm in South Texas, his responsibilities ranged from picking cotton to working on machinery and tractors.

He was no stranger to work and these ethics preceded him in every aspect of running his own business, from taking calls late at night, to waking up at the crack of dawn so that he could get a head start on the work day.The dream of owning a successful business and providing a higher level of customer service was quickly becoming reality for Larry and Pati.
