Kaufman Roofing is a family owned business, founded by John Kaufman back in 1930. His son, Bob, now runs Kaufman Roofing and has done an excellent job picking up where John let off, by continuing to build the reputation of the name Kaufman. Over half of Kaufman's roofing projects come from referrals and that only happens, if you're doing something right.

The owner, Bob Kaufman, emphasizes the importance of character to all his employees; he knows the character of a business is only as good as the character of its employees. He demonstrates this both professionally and personally. He is often the first person in the office in the morning and the last person to leave in the evening.
