Services
Tile Cleaning
Our tile cleaning service removes deep-seated dirt and grime from ceramic, porcelain, and natural stone surfaces. Using pH-neutral solutions and high-pressure steam, we restore tile appearance without damaging materials. Ideal for kitchens, bathrooms, and commercial spaces requiring hygiene and aesthetic maintenance.
Grout Sealing
Grout sealing prevents moisture penetration and staining in tiled surfaces. We apply premium penetrating sealers that bond with grout pores, creating a durable barrier against mold and discoloration. This service extends grout lifespan while maintaining clean, like-new appearance in high-traffic areas.
Stone Polishing
Stone polishing restores luster to marble, travertine, and limestone surfaces. Our multi-step process involves honing, polishing compounds, and protective coatings to eliminate scratches and etching. Commercial-grade equipment ensures smooth, reflective finishes that enhance natural stone patterns.
Saltillo Refinishing
Saltillo refinishing addresses wear on traditional Mexican clay tiles. We clean, repair cracks, and apply specialized sealants to preserve authenticity while improving durability. This service maintains cultural aesthetics while meeting modern performance standards for residential and heritage properties.
Concrete Polishing
Concrete polishing creates smooth, reflective surfaces for commercial and residential applications. Using diamond abrasives and dust-containment systems, we achieve LEED-certified finishes that resist abrasion and simplify maintenance. Available with decorative staining options for customized aesthetics.

Excellent experience, can't recommend them enough. I recently moved into a 30 year old home with travertine that had not been well-maintained and needed repairs and sealing. Rob came out quickly, explained everything clearly, and managed to get something scheduled immediately due to a cancellation. The crew was also professional and the supervisor made sure to clearly go through everything, and the end product was excellent.

I reached out to Rob because I have Saltillo tile in my house and was not finding anyone in my area who could clean and reseal it. He generously spent his time providing me with recommendations and instructions so that I was able to clean the tiles, scrub the grout and reseal the floor myself and it now looks so much better! Thank you so much for your kindness, Rob!

I had Rob and his team out to seal the tile on our floor, master shower and kitchen backsplash. It was great working with a professional who educated me on the different types of sealant. We ended up having the floor tile painted and sealed and the floors in our new home look fantastic!

There are not enough adjectives to describe how happy I am. We have had dozens of contractors in our home over the last 3 years and none have come close to the communication, honesty, professionalism and quality of Rob & Team. From initial phone call to job completion, couldn't be more pleased. Rob made it very clear our old Saltillo would not look brand new, but I think he downplayed it a bit too much.
It looks FANTASTIC! The crew was friendly and communicative beyond expectations. Rob should teach a class to other contractors. Oh! And did I mention it was so much less expensive than others quoted? I feel like I won the lottery.

We used Arizona Tile & Grout Care to re-seal the granite in the kitchen and clean the master shower tile. Mason was our Technician and he did an excellent job! He not only did the cleaning and sealing but also re-grouted where necessary - both areas look beautiful! I recommend Arizona Tile & Grout and Mason was the best!

Rob and his team are top notch! I reached out to their company needing help with concrete flooring. I wasn't exactly sure how to fix the flooring but Rob came out and provided excellent advice. After his free estimate, he was able to fit me in based on the timeline I had. From beginning to end, Rob followed through with his word. His team showed up and got the job done with excellence. They are very detailed and actually care about the service they provide. The concrete flooring has never looked better! I'm very impressed by this company and highly recommend them for your flooring needs!

Rob and his team did a fantastic job. My wife and I have been disillusioned over the past few years with workers in general. AZ Tile and Grout Care has made us believers again in respect to good companies and workers can still be found! We would highly recommend AZ Tile and Grout Care. They were punctual, professional and their work was exceptional. The job and cost explained to us is what we got. A job very well done! Jane and Mike V
