I won't use any other A/C service. Independent Air technicians let me know when they are on their way and arrive on time, are professional, do a thorough cleaning and inspection, and I've not had any issues since I signed up for their biannual servicing. My usual technician, Jerry, is knowledgeable, helpful, and easy to have around. They are tops in my book!

Jerry came over within an hour of calling. Turns out it was somewhat easy to fix. I neglected maintenance and got what we deserved. He didn't pass judgement! Lol. Just cleaned it all out and got our house cool again.

I give Independent Air my highest recommendation. Tech. Kori arrived early for my appointment and displayed superior knowledge regarding the problem with my air conditioner. He did a very thorough job and thanks to his hard work my ac is running great. He also advised me what to do if I had any future problems. I am also very pleased that I chose Independent Air and will certainly use this company in the future. Workmanship was A+ and at a reasonable rate.
