Can't say enough about how happy I am with the job they did in my home. Jennifer was extremely patient and helpful with all of the decisions that were made and the 2 gentlemen that did the install were extremely professional and thorough. I'm really glad I chose this company, my new carpet is beautiful and I couldn't be happier.

Great customer service, everything was so smooth from initial meeting and selection to install and follow up. I was so impressed with how quickly my carpet arrived and was installed especially given all the supply issues every industry faces these days. They were fantastic to work with and their installers were top-notch. They communicated everything so I knew what to expect and they did an amazing job. I will absolutely use The Flooring Center again for another flooring project.

I will not use anyone else every again. Not only did they fix mistakes made from two previous installations, they took their time and really paid attention to the details. Highly recommend!

We are so happy we went with the Flooring Center to help us with our floors! Their customer service is top-notch and the selection and quality of flooring options they offer cannot be beat. They helped us remove damaged wood floors, carpet bedrooms, put in durable vinyl flooring for our kids to play on, and put carpet on our stairs (they now look AMAZING). Every step of the process was easy and surpassed our expectations. I'm looking forward to having our floors for a long time to come, but the next time we need to do something for our floors we will be happily returning to the Flooring Center!
