We are thrilled with the final results! We had a great customer experience from the showroom to completion of our large project. Brandon was highly skilled and went above and beyond. He was the BEST carpet installer we've ever had in the last 30+ years. Everyone we dealt with from Bush Flooring (Joe, Kevin, Gordon, Tony, Craig and Brandon) were exceptionally professional, helpful and friendly.

If you are shopping for carpet, do not look any further. Bush Flooring Center is THE place to go for your flooring needs. The staff is extremely helpful and patient. We were so impressed with their customer interaction with us that we did not bother shopping to compare prices. We had our very large master bedroom and closet carpet replaced and carpet stretched in two other bedrooms. The installers, Art Hammonds and crew, were extremely experienced, punctual and kept their work spaces very tidy. They were also very respectful of our home and furniture they moved. We will be returning customers.

There was a holdup with getting my carpet prepared but the communication and efforts to do what the service team could to get the job done was very helpful. The guy who actually installed the carpet was fantastic.
