Royal Fence and Design, LLC was established in 2004 by Jay Pyle. Jay grew up in Johnson County, graduating from Gardner Edgerton in 1997. He followed his baseball career through college playing for a few different local Colleges and Universities and graduated with a Physical Education degree with an emphasis in Recreation Administration.

Throughout his college career, Jay learned the trade of fencing through a close neighbor and family friend and chose to start his small business. Over the years, the business grew and eventually Jay's wife, Jamie, joined full time in 2013. Prior to joining the team full time, Jamie was an Art Educator for 10 years and holds a Master's Degree in Educational Leadership.
