This is my 3rd time using Dalco and I will continue to do so. Everyone I have interacted with at this company has been friendly, helpful, and honestly easy to work with. Last year we had a whole home humidifier installed by them and this year they did AC maintenance. I will have them come out in the fall to do maintenance on my furnace. Highly recommend using them - I feel the cost is very fair and the service is fantastic.

Dalco was great. They came out the same day I called and were quick to respond to my voicemail. I liked that they were able to see to my heater as well as my water heater. The tech, Travers, was extremely helpful in answering all my questions and going above and beyond discussing related ways to improve my home and insulation. Super helpful! Would definitely recommend.

Had a furnace go out on a rental. Called in the morning and they repaired it that afternoon at a reasonable cost. I live out of town and got they're name from a local HVAC contractor. It's nice not to be ripped off when you are not in town. Some contractor's will take advantage of a property owner who does not live in town but they did not. I will continue to use these folks for my other rental properties.

Travers helped us fix an A/C repair, and install an Aprilaire steam humidifier and air purifier this fall. Everything went incredibly smoothly (great communication & work) so I made sure to save his number. Here's where Travers went above and beyond. last night when the temp dropped to -2, our thermostat and furnace just died, not only did he return our late evening call, he continued to troubleshoot with us for over a hour on the phone. Since we couldn't figure it out, he squeezed us into his schedule in the morning. Thank you, thank you!

Dalco installed a new furnace as well as a heat pump for us. They were much more reasonable than other quotes we received, did a fantastic job of recommending units that actually made sense for us, and the installer worked his butt off in our crawlspace and in freezing temperatures. I would 100% recommend Dalco for any HVAC needs based on this experience.
