A manager came to my home to complete the initial assessment, and she maintains regular communication with me. She assigned Marcel (I am a guy, so sending a guy was a good idea) to clean my home, and he does FANTASTIC work! He is always on time, has a friendly demeanor, and is very thorough in his work--all of these characteristics are equally important to me.
