Paleface Comfort Services started in 1982 as a family-owned heating and air conditioning service provider in Dripping Springs, Texas, servicing West Austin and the Central Texas Hill Country. For thirty years, the Mihills family strove to provide thorough, quality service at a reasonable price and always put the customer first.

Through hard work and a dedication to customer service, they were able to build a strong reputation as a top service provider in the area. In 2010, when the Mihills family retired from the industry, David Higgins took over as CEO and relocated the business to a more central South Austin location.
