Wood rot and squirrels created two large holes (almost a foot in diameter) just below our roof line and we were concerned that water may have also damaged our roof or wood underneath. Red Shirt Guys came highly recommended by several neighbors so I texted the number for their contact to see if this type of smallish wood repair job was in their wheelhouse. Within 24 hours Jonathan actually showed up, inspected the work, and immediately followed up via email to provide a quote.
If you only knew how many other companies or handymen never bothered to show up let alone follow through. Within two weeks from our approval of their quote, they completed the work and the end results matches perfectly with the rest of our trim--we are very pleased with their work!

I called Johnathon and told him that I was looking to get 3 bids for our roof and he was my first call. From that point forward, he was by far the most prompt, professional and helpful. The Red Shirt Guys Roofing provided personable and quality customer service. Their admin was very friendly yet professional when scheduling our repair. Their advisers explained the various options available to us and even provided a free VR tool to allow us to preview our roof based on various tile styles. Their crew arrived on time, diligently work throughout the day, thoroughly cleaned up after themselves when the job was done. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of roof repair
