Gutters can last up to 30 years provided they are cleaned on a regular basis. We completely take the hassle out of cleaning your gutters. Once you sign-up for the Maintenance Agreement, we put you in our database and come out when it's time to clean!

Gutters are meant to capture the rainwater from your roof and carry it safely into a downspout away from your soffit, fascia and foundation, where it can cause damage. But ordinary gutters also capture leaves, twigs and other organic debris that can cause them to clog during rainstorms.

Downspouts

If the downspouts are too small, leaves and needles from trees can clog the downspout, forcing the water over the front of the gutter and potentially leaking into the soffit overhang. To correct these all too common problems, we install gutters with 4-inch seamless downspouts that will be less likely to clog and cause the gutters to overflow.

The Ark Gutters Team takes extra care to make sure that the gutters you purchase are installed the right way. We take careful measurements of the entire roof-line to make sure the gutters line up with the roof on every corner to prevent leaks.
