Very smooth and satisfying transaction dealing with Nasco for our roof replacement a week ago. They were incredibly quick to respond, quick to accommodate our schedule, and quick to replace our roof at a competitive price. In this era of having home improvements and contractors with wait times in the months, Nasco obviously has some formula of efficiency and professionalsm that stands out among it's competitors. From call to finish was under 2 weeks. Thank you!!!

From our first experience with Dave Coury (for an estimate on full roof replacement), selection of materials, delivery and removal of materials (including the dumpster), and the amazing and tenacious crew (led by Dave) our experience was above and beyond. As someone who has experienced a lot of roofs, Nasco in every single way met and exceeded a consumer's expectations. Anyone that doesn't use them is cheating themselves. They are the most professional, honest and good quality people that I have ever seen. Nasco should own the Trumbull and Mahoning counties roofing business.

We noticed our gutters leaking. I called they sent out person to look at it. My husband was told we need another downspout and drip edge. And they would call us to correct what should have been done. Why were we not told about another downspout in the beginning. Well no one called or showed bip yo fix the problem. I and my husband have called the office and salesman no return phone calles. I even got them a job my neighbor had there roof replaced. Wish I never did that. Do we ate going to have to get an attorney to get this issue solved. Our gutters still leak bad.
