Our Sub Zero refrigerator, twenty years old, failed on us. Within four hours of calling Don Bacon, technician Justin B was at our door. He was highly professional in his work, explained the problem to us, arranged to have repair parts delivered to us within a couple hours, and fixed the issue. All the while, he was conversational and polite, a very well spoken individual. The next day I experienced a problem of my own making on the freezer racks. Justin tried mightily to solve it by phone, and failing that he came to our house within 45 minutes and fixed the issue readily. Very high praise for this fine company and for Justin B.

I had an issue with my Samsung gas dryer. Unfortunately, I called someone else first who charged over $400 for a repair that only lasted 5 weeks. My next call was to Don Bacon. The technician, Drew, was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient and diagnosed the problem and fixed it permanently for much less. I'll never call anyone else!
