The history of the company can be traced as far back as 1950 under the supervision of the Howard family. In November of 1996 Scott Howard and Dennis Conway combined their talents and exceptional roofing expertise to become co-owners of the present Commercial Roofers, Inc. In the years that have followed, the company has grown to become one of the largest, water-proofing and 24 hour 365 days a year full-time service dept.

We are a licensed, bonded and insured full service professional roofing contractor. Now licensed in California, Arizona, Utah and Nevada, the company handles any type of commercial roofing requirement.

Built-Up Systems

Built-up roofing is so named because the roofing membrane is created on the roof by using alternating layers of asphalt saturated felts or fiberglass mat roofing plies, building up the thickness according to the project roofing specification.

Polyurethane Foam

Polyurethane Foam (PUF) is a flat roofing system which has been widely used on commercial and industrial buildings for more than 25 years. Often simply referred to as foam, PUF offers a unique method of insulating and waterproofing simultaneously, and is especially effective in our dry, low humidity climate.

Single Ply

There are over a hundred manufacturers of single-ply roofing materials. These materials fall into one of three general categories; namely, uncured elastomer's, cured elastomer's and thermoplastics. The one property they all have in common is that waterproofing the roof is achieved by the application of one layer (or ply) of membrane material.
