Rich Miller Landscape Service was founded March of 2005 by Rich Miller as a lawn maintenance company. Rich operated as a sole owner operator for a year and developed after two years into an all phase landscape contracting company licensed with the state of Oregon. Rich was able to navigate through the "Great Recession" and added the Irrigation and Backflow on designation to his license.

The past four years have resulted in larger All-Phase landscape projects as Rich was able to add 2 new stable and capable crews. Rich has been able to further shape the business with this improvement. In 2014 Rich became a Certified Landscape Irrigation Auditor with the Irrigation Association.

Rich Miller Landscape Service cares about the environment that is why we offer a variety of Permeable Interlocking Concrete Paver systems. When installed using the Bio-Aquifer Storm System, permeable pavers can reduce or eliminate storm water runoff, while safely recharging the groundwater below.

Rich Miller Landscape Service installs kitchens by RTF Cabinet Systems, Bull BBQ, Primo Ceramic grills and FX Luminaire grill lights, our line which is a collection of granite topped cabinets for backyard baking, grilling, dining and entertaining. Elegant and functional, these quality components and cabinets are great in any configuration you can imagine.

EPS Turf is manufactured using the highest quality yarns and backings available today. Turf products are developed using different combinations of polyethylene, polypropylene, and nylon fibers.
