The majority of our work is done in a design/build arrangement, where both the design and construction of a project are under our umbrella. Here is how that process works with us. We will meet with you at your home to discuss your needs and ideas. Subsequent meetings may be required, but we will work quickly to move to the next step so that you will gain an early understanding of the available options and costs of your project.

The scope of work and budget presented in the rough estimate are based on the design information and project specs collected to this point. There is no cause for concern if you aren't ready to specify all of your design choices.
