Used to be a good business. We used them for 8 months without much issues. They have become unreliable the last several months. They increased rates 17% to hire "quality staff". Then they cancelled the next cleaning, one day before, because of a lack of staff. Then they just never showed up for the next cleaning. It took me 4 text messages, 2 calls, 1 email, and a Facebook message to get a response that said they were downsizing because they don't have staff. That was AFTER the second missed cleaning. Very very unprofessional. Find someone else.

I used Ann and her team to clean the carpets for our new home and also utilized their "Move Out Cleaning" for our older home. Amazing value for both options! The team was professional, on time and very organized. They will be our "go-to" cleaning solution in the future.

I had major back surgery 3 years ago and needed help with my floors and bathrooms since I have a hard time getting on my hands and knees to clean. I tried other cleaning services and was extremely discouraged. I found Ann's Cleaning Service through a friend and was impressed from day one. We have been a client of Ann's for a couple of years now and couldn't be happier. She is a pleasure to communicate with, is extremely professional, and always consistent with their work. I really can't say enough great things about her and her crew! My parents are clients as well and are just as impressed as I am. They really are a blessing.

I had a very long work week. I had to go out of town, attend several meetings and seminars, and as you could imagine, I stopped by my house quickly only to take a shower and a quick change of clothes. You can imagine that my house had turned into an incredible mess, and I definitely needed a professional house cleaning service.
