The Specialists Joycelyn and I met in college in 2003. On our first date we talked about the reasons we were attending and found a mutual desire to start a cleaning company. We hit it off right away and within a few weeks, The Specialists was created with our business license and first client! We have built upon that first job as carpet cleaners every day since.

Over ten years later, we are still the owners of The Specialists, one of the only natural cleaning companies in the greater Sacramento area. We continue our education and travel to learn about the latest technologies, new techniques and processes to benefit your home and business with the best carpet and upholstery cleaning.

Services
Natural Stones
Report
Natural stones such as Travertine, Granite, Marble, Terrazo, Limestone and Slate are more prevalent in homes than years prior. They are luxurious, gorgeous and expensive. Most homes have their low maintenance counterpart: synthetic (or man-made) tile, such as ceramic and porcelain. Unlike synthetic tile, natural stone is very porous throughout and is acid sensitive.
Commercial
Report
The Specialists offers All Natural Carpet Cleaning as well as Tile & Grout and any of our residential services for commercial cleaning, business or office building maintenance. Whether your need is a one time cleaning or a well-developed maintenance program, using the most advanced truck mounts, low moisture and green clean systems, we can design the ideal program for you.
Pet Urine & Odor Removal
Report
A weed in your lush green lawn not pulled out by the root will surely come back up in a few months. Similarly, pet urine contamination that is rooted in the carpet's padding will return if not thoroughly extracted from beyond the surface.
Tile & Grout
Report
Many homeowners prefer the Swiffer type dust cleaning tools; however, we have noticed they soil the tile quickly by leaving a soapy film and residue. A dry dust mop or water dampened microfiber head attached to a Swiffer purchased from your local big box store (Home Depot, Lowe's) is a highly effective, green alternative for tile cleaning and grout cleaning.
Carpet
Report
Vacuum your carpet often - once or twice a week as least. Vacuuming removes the abrasive soil that can cut and slice the fiber causing premature wear. Much of this soil is not visible to the eye. Vacuum before the carpet looks soiled. Remove any loose particles such as food, leaves, pieces of crayon, bugs, etc., as these items can cause a spot on the carpet.
