Gene and his team were extremely professional, quick and the window replacements were well priced. The owner was a pro at communicating all aspects of the window replacement and was always quick to respond to any questions we had. The window installers were led by Jeremey - they were nothing but polite and helpful and went out of their way to take care of us. It's awesome to work with a family-owned business that still cares about its customers.

Window Authority was Great! All the way from the estimate Process and helping us pick out our new windows to the owner coming out to check and make sure everything was what we wanted. We have 26 large windows and it only took them 2 days to complete and they left the house spotless! Thanks again for taking away the road, train, and Lockheed flyover noise!

These folks do it right. We are very pleased with the 26 windows that The Window Authority installed in our home. Tony in sales responded promptly to my calls and appointment. Frank and his team of installers were nothing short of outstanding! They were meticulous with every window removed and installed. They cleaned as they worked and took all of the old scraps with them leaving us with only our new windows to enjoy. It was evident that Frank had been installing windows for nearly 20 years.
