Each applicant goes through a rigorous 3 step process before becoming a team member. Applicants provide a background check, personality profile, and complete a career assessment before they are hired. Next, each team member must complete a 6 month SOP training process. SOP stands for Standard Operating Procedures.

The SOP manual covers every aspect of cleaning from how to clean the light fixtures to how to correctly clean each appliance to how to make the bathroom fixtures sparkle and shine. No dust bunnies are left standing. Once completed, the Team Member becomes a Certified Cleaning Champion. A Certified Cleaning Champion is a team member who goes above and beyond a general cleaner.
