Majestic Custom Homes, Inc. based in Colorado Springs, Colorado, is locally owned and operated by the husband and wife team of John Smetzer and Toni Stanton. We have been in the construction business since 1983 and began building semi-custom and custom homes in 1994. Our philosophy is simple: your home, your way!

Over the years, we've realized that many new home buyers can feel "boxed in" when selecting plans that don't allow for their personal tastes, needs, and lifestyles.
