Few roofers are equipped with the knowledge and expertise to complete these specialized projects. As preservation of historic homes became more popular, KTM's market share grew.

Over the last three decades KTM has replaced roofs on some of Atlanta's most historic homes and notable community landmarks such as Eastlake Golf Club, Stone Mountain Memorial Hall, and the Arthur Blank Family Foundation to name just a few.
