Reliable Residential Guttering and Roofing was started in 1979 by Harold G Robinson and John W. Link. Harold had worked several years for Deeringer & Sons Roofing when he and Mr. Link ventured out on their own. Reliable started out mostly in residential guttering and shingle roofing. As the years passed by, Reliable began to do more commercial jobs in addition to the residential roofing.

The company began to grow and in 1992 the company split into two different organizations. Harold Robinson kept the Reliable Residential Guttering and Roofing name and Mr. Link developed Reliable Roofing - Commercial.
