We offer a conditional guarantee on residential sewer lines for up to one year* that don't incur outside damage. This type of guarantee is highly unusual in our industry, but we are confident in the quality of our work and in the long-lasting results our services provide. We charge true flat rates on all residential drains - not a flat rate just for the first hour, with different rates for each additional half hour or hour.

Whether we take 20 minutes or two hours, our rate is the same. And if you have additional drains cleaned, we will prorate the rest so you won't have to pay full price for each additional cleaning.
