Pryor Floor has been in business since 1970, and is locally owned and managed. For over thirty years we've grown our roots here in the Pikes Peak region with our commitment to quality, workmanship, integrity, and service. We are wood flooring specialists: it's our focus, and the only trade we do, and we're very good at it.We have separated each phase of the operation, so that our workers specialize in the phase that they are responsible for (installation, sanding, or finishing). As an established wood flooring contractor who installs a high volume of flooring on a regular basis, we have a solid relationship with our suppliers.

Sweep or dust mop your floors on a regular basis to remove any dust or grit which could act as an abrasive on the finish. You may vacuum your floors, but do not use a rotating brush or beater bar attachment intended for carpets, since this can scratch the finish. Periodically you will need to damp mop your floors.
Grades
Report
Hardwood flooring comes in a multitude of different species and grades. Each species of wood has a variety of it's own characteristics, the different grades of wood describe the basic cosmetic characteristics of each species. Hardwood grades are an industry standard set by the National Oak Flooring Manufacturers Associations (NOFMA).
