Chuck was great about talking us through each decision and step through the process. When he encountered new wood flooring he'd not seen before (to which he was shocked after 40 years in the business), he took the time to research the wood and update us with best practices for our particular floors. The result was a beautiful finish on great original flooring in our 1955 built house!

Chuck did a solid job refinishing the floors throughout my entire home. He did so in a timely matter and at a lower price that some of the other options in town. He uses a polyurethane finish, which is the proper and time-tested way to do it. His work has already received compliments from folks who know good floor work when they see it.
