Today, Ream Construction and Disaster Kleenup Specialists operate out of the same building in Sand City, and utilize their close proximity to serve their clients with greater efficiency. While Ream Construction maintains a strong competency in reconstruction and repairs following water or fire damages, they have also developed a team of expert carpenters and craftsmen for the company's remodeling, new construction, and addition projects.

The "green" movement has gained a lot of momentum in the construction industry, and Ream Construction has taken steps to stay current with this evolution. Just recently, Terry earned the Green Risk Professional certification from Vale Training Solutions.
