This comprehensive service includes oven degreasing, grout restoration, and ceiling dust removal, ideal for pre-move preparation or post-renovation cleanup. Clients receive detailed documentation for landlord inspections.

Move-out cleaning ensures full deposit return through landlord-approved protocols. We focus on kitchens, bathrooms, and baseboards with green-certified products. Service includes appliance interior cleaning and touch-up spot removal for final inspections.

Standard cleaning maintains regular household cleanliness with weekly or bi-weekly visits. Our team handles surface wiping, floor cleaning, and bathroom sanitization using non-toxic formulas. Perfect for ongoing home upkeep between deep cleans.

They're reliable. They come when they say they're going to and they change dates when I need to change them. They're just very good.

They are very reliable and do an excellent job. I am very satisfied. The bathrooms- kitchen and vacuuming are very clean when they finish. My house gets really dusty. They do the ceiling fans - which I cannot reach.

I thought they were excellent. I had a cleaning service before and I didn't like the job that they did. I called The Maids and I can tell a difference.
