Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness Terrible is an understatement. Overcharging for a simple tree removal after they let the trees and shrubs become infested with bag worms.they have shown no pride in their work. Good luck getting a representative to respond to your complaints or even having any knowledge in the industry. Services: Lawn mowing & maintenance, Lawn pest control, Weed control

Contacted Roark on 7/20/21. Spoke to Ashley in the office on my initial call. Told her I wanted to get a quote for an irrigation installation. She took my information and let me know Brody would call me. Never a response that week. I emailed Roark on 7/24/21 inquiring and no response. I called back into the office on 7/26/21 and spoke to office manager Lindsey and explained what I had done so far and what I was wanting.
She transferred me to Brody's desk. I left a voicemail. Still no contact. Piss poor customer service in my opinion and most likely a reflection on their work. Do not recommend anyone calling them for possible jobs.
