On our first visit, we will identify any potential problem areas where pests may access your home. Then, we will treat the interior and exterior of your home to eliminate existing pests and create a barrier to prevent additional pests from gaining access. A one-time treatment is often just a band-aid for a pest issue that will flare up again in the future if service is not maintained.

Regular treatment is needed to break up the egg cycles of pests and maintain a preventive barrier around the home. The chemistry of most pest control products causes them to break down within 90 days, leaving your home unprotected.

To put a house under policy, a licensed technician will complete an assessment of your home looking for any current and pre-existing termite activity, take measurements, and present a proposal to protect your home. After a policy is in place, the home will be inspected annually and we will look for new termite activity.
