The Floor Store at the Carpet Company The Carpet Company dates back to 1955 when Fred McCullough started selling carpet in Albuquerque. His sons, Flint and Tom McCullough, grew up in the flooring business. In December 1990, they teamed up to open The Carpet Company. After more than 50 years in the flooring business, Flint passed in July of 2013.

Tom continues the company today, with more than 40 years of experience in the business, and says he plans on 40 more. Among our specialties, The Floor Store at the Carpet Company has done a number of large multi-family flooring projects, thousands of single family homes, and numerous commercial property rehabs for management companies.
