I have used RIS a few times for home improvements and most recently a large roof job. I worked with Tyler to get in touch with his crew run by Geronimo. Not only did Geronimo promptly answer texts and get a quote for me fast, he also helped communication with my insurance company. We thought we could install an over-the-range microwave on our own, but it ended up being a more difficult job than anticipated so we hired the professionals at RIS Austin. James was timely, efficient, friendly, informative and thorough. He ended up having to remove a whole line of tile in our backsplash and the end result is perfect. Would highly recommend!

After massive wind and hail damage it was determined that all of my shingles, essentially the entire roof, needed to be replaced and even completely repaired in some areas. Additionally, I have a two story home and my ceiling in my master bedroom downstairs started leaking water. I wasn't in a good situation, because at that time, we were getting days of rain causing more damage every day. Geronimo came out, assessed the damaged and immediately climbed my roof to add a tarp until the material arrived.

Within a few more days, Geronimo and his crew returned and not only took care of my roof, but my interior walls, and the fence that was also damaged during the storm. They did an incredible job and it was nice to work with just Geronimo for all of my repairs.
