Services
Termite Fumigation
Structural fumigation is the most effective method for eliminating drywood termites, bed bugs, and wood-destroying beetles. Pestguard uses sulfuryl fluoride gas that penetrates every part of the structure to guarantee 100% pest elimination. Our three-day procedure involves tenting the building, releasing the fumigant, aeration, and safety clearance testing. With over 31 years of experience, we've successfully completed large-scale projects including historic buildings and multi-unit complexes.
Mosquito Control
Our state-of-the-art mosquito control systems create protective barriers around properties to reduce mosquito populations by up to 95%. The treatment targets breeding areas and uses EPA-registered solutions that are safe for families and pets. We apply residual treatments to foliage and conduct larvicidal treatments in standing water areas. Customized programs include one-time treatments for special events or ongoing seasonal protection plans tailored to property size and landscape features.
Wildlife Removal
Professional wildlife removal services safely eliminate raccoons, opossums, rodents, and other pests from residential and commercial properties. Our technicians use humane trapping methods and install permanent exclusion barriers like stack guard covers to prevent re-entry. Services include attic restoration, decontamination, and prevention strategies. All work comes with a renewable one-year warranty, ensuring complete removal and lasting protection against future infestations.
Rodent Remediation
Comprehensive rodent control programs include inspection, exclusion, trapping, and prevention. Our technicians identify entry points and install permanent steel mesh barriers to prevent re-infestation. We use strategically placed bait stations and traps while following strict safety protocols. The service includes contamination cleanup and odor elimination from affected areas. Regular maintenance plans help maintain rodent-free environments for both residential and commercial properties.
Subterranean Termite Control
Advanced subterranean termite control uses Termidor liquid termiticide, which eliminates entire colonies through transfer effect. The non-repellent solution creates an undetectable barrier that termites pass through, transferring the active ingredient to their colony. This method achieves complete eradication within three months and provides residual protection lasting up to 20 years. Services include thorough property inspections and guaranteed termite control with no re-infestations in protected areas.

What a blessing to see such honest people. Richard came to my condo - It's old and I was afraid we had termites - he looked at it and said " nope, just ants. Call the HOA and have them re-treat it it". So few honest people like this anymore! When / if I develop a real problem PestGuard will be my first call.
