Sovereign Painting Co. is a third generation painting company that began in the San Francisco Bay area. Dans grandfather started the business in the 1940's, then Dans father carried on the company in the 1970's. The business moved to Sacramento in 1990 and has remained here since. Dan has been a California licensed painting contractor since 1985, License #484215 and the company is bonded and insured.
