They sent out a very young man who was obviously not qualified. After an hour he decided he had it figured out. Replaced a part, two hours later and it still wasn't working. He was constantly on the phone with another tech. They then told me because the timer was making a noise, that it always makes, that the timer was bad as well. Which is not the case. They were taking a stab in the dark and saying it was another $150 part with absolutely no idea.

The repairman was polite, but that was it. 3-1/2 hours in my house, replaced a part that may or may not have been bad. And told me it was something else as well. A competent repairman may not have been able to fix it but he sure wouldn't have spent 4 hours and gotten absolutely nothing accomplished. This company is either incompetent or unethical for charging to do nothing but waste my time.

Critical: Responsiveness My home warranty service referred me to them and advised they would contact me. I ended up calling them and still never received a response. Bad business. if it's too much for you, remove yourself from the Home WARRANTY rotation. Not a satisfied potential customer. A simple phone call as to when I should expect you goes a long way.
