Four years ago I spoke with several builders about building a custom home for my wife and I. After comparing price, quality of work and amenities Benart was by far the most sensible choice. Some builders were slightly less expensive but charged you extra for what Benart include in their price per square foot.

We live in a agricultural area and farm for a living. We were interested in building a new home here on the ranch. We looked around for years and weren't happy with any of our choices of models or builders. We felt discouraged and put off building our dream home until we found the perfect builder.
