Lawn Sprinkler Installation
We design and install high-efficiency lawn sprinkler systems using Hunter and HydraWise technology. Our Wi-Fi-enabled controllers adjust watering schedules based on local weather forecasts, saving up to 50% on water bills. Systems include flow meters for real-time monitoring and surge protection to extend equipment lifespan.
Landscape Lighting Design
Our custom lighting plans enhance architectural details and outdoor features using energy-efficient fixtures. Services include security lighting, accent lighting for trees and pathways, and smart controls for remote management via mobile devices.
Sprinkler Winterization
We protect sprinkler systems from winter damage by draining pipes, shutting off water supplies, and inspecting valves. This service extends system longevity and prevents costly repairs due to frozen components.
Backflow Testing
Our certified technicians perform annual backflow device inspections to ensure safe water handling. We use industry-compliant equipment to meet regulatory requirements and prevent contamination of potable water supplies.
Drainage Solutions
We install drainage systems to prevent water accumulation and soil erosion. Solutions include French drains, catch basins, and grading adjustments to redirect runoff and protect landscapes from water damage.

We moved into a new home with a Lawn Sprinkler System - and called Falco Lawn to come have a look before we moved in. They inspected the system and after we moved we had them back for to turn it in and install some new sprinkler heads for gardens we added. Great work, friendly staff and the lawn looks awesome.

I have worked with this company since moving to Rye back in 2006. Great family owned company. I always understand what is being done and why and to be honest very little has been needed aside from the seasonal turn-on and turn off service. I can't recommend them enough!

Many areas are not covered properly. They broke my slate stones while putting in the system and denied it. Aggressive sales people and sloppy, poorly designed system.
