We used Clean MD after water leaked into our new bathroom, they were on site fast and took care of it before any damage or mold set it.

Does a fine job with cleaning, no complaints on that end. Feel bad for the employees as anytime I've seen management they've been very harsh to the point of which I would've personally quit. Good job but unprofessional management.

So I placed a mold claim with my insurance company on 8/26/2020. I was supposed to here from Clean Md within 2-3 hours. Never heard from them. I spoke to someone on 8/31/2020 in which I called them. They advised someone would be here on 09/01/2020 at 12pm. Nothing. 12:30 rolls and they finally show up and not reaching out to communicate that they would run late. I had already called the insurance company to ask for another company as this company is either attempting to take as many jobs as they can and cannot keep up. They attempted to justify my phone number was incorrect. I did verify it and they just went on to say the vm was full (my vm has been clear for weeks). Do not use them.
